Who you are BEING is more important than What you are DOING When you BE the person you need to be the doing part comes naturally. Here's an exercise. Get clear on your Island B. The island you want to get to. Then define the person B who lives on Island B and will get you there How do they think? How do they act? What are their traits? Then start playing the GAME as person B in this moment. You can only control this moment. Make all your choices as this person B. What would they choose? Need help with this. The question is when will you quit? Because if you are pushing through the pain while hiding your suffering, sooner or later the system will give up. For sustainable growth we need Resilience So we can actually be happy and peaceful regardless of the challenges and discomfort required for growth. Resilience is not pretending to be okay. It is actually being okay. It is about building an internal thermostat so that no matter what the temperature outside is, the temperature inside is just right. We are losing RESILIENCE and no one is talking about it The biggest challenge to wellbeing and growth is that we are losing resilience Recently we had World Mental Health Day And, I saw many posts on the importance of sharing your mental health challenges which is great, but I did not see a single post about resilience I believe that is an equally important issue. We are losing resilience Why is it important? It is important because as an individual or an organisation If we want to grow without compromising wellbeing we need to work on building resilience and mental toughness Building resilience requires 4 things ??
