Alondra got a call from a friend thanking her for helping her when she needed it the most - when her friend's daughter was experiencing a mental health?crisis. Thankfully, last February, Alondra took AMHP's Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, where she learned the signs and how to respond to mental health crises like her friend's. Alondra also successfully completed the MHFA instructor's training and is now certified to teach others these essential skills.
