He will discuss why most organizations still report having trouble achieving an environment that is as diverse as they had envisioned, or an environment that leaves some individuals not feeling a sense of belonging at work. You will be introduced to activities that anyone can do to make their environment more accepting and develop a greater sense of belonging and have the opportunity to ask questions and to take tools back to their offices to help with EDI efforts.?
