  • Local, state and federal employment agencies have constantly fluctuating regulations and laws, especially in a world after COVID.   • In honor of our third anniversary, we want to highlight some of the work we have done for our clients! To kick off our highlights, we bring you our worker classification case study. This was a fascinating project because of how wide reaching this seemingly minor issue ended up being. Through a 4 phase process we led the client through a series of distinct projects that allowed them to resolve the classification issues while also moving the organization forward towards their strategic goals.? This worker classification project led to changes in job descriptions, role standardization, total compensation and the structure of the organization.
