Meet Krishna, an experienced engineering professional based out of the AMETEK India headquarters in Bangalore. Krishna joined AMETEK in 2011 as a Thermodynamics Engineer, where he focused on analyzing thermal systems for aerospace and defense applications. Currently, he is a Senior Engineering Manager for AMETEK Airtechnology and leads a team of engineers in developing advanced thermal management solutions. Meet Margherita, European Field Specialist for Non-Contact Metrology at Taylor Hobson Ltd. Margherita plays a pivotal role in advancing technology and ensuring customer satisfaction. She has spearheaded various projects – from developing automatic measuring programs for earth-moving vehicles to implementing state-of-the-art measurement software for part identification. Her expertise also extends to optics installations and maintenance, where her attention to detail shines. Margherita has been an integral part of the Taylor Hobson team for over three years. Celebrating 1 Year of Wondrous Space ???? It’s been just over one year since The Franklin Institute (TFI) opened Wondrous Space – a permanent installation at the Philadelphia-based museum that explores the wonders of space and the technology that makes it all possible. Through support from the AMETEK Foundation, AMETEK sponsored the Rover Design interactive exhibit within Wondrous Space. AMETEK Pacific Design Technologies (PDT)’s innovations, which help keep the Mars Perseverance Rover thermally controlled, are also on display nearby. In its year since opening, Wondrous Space continues to inspire its visitors to discover and investigate. TFI recently worked alongside teachers to develop ways to use Wondrous Space as a hands-on laboratory that supplements in-classroom learning and supports students’ understanding of the scientific method.
