  • Bridging the Gap to Service ???? At Joint Base Lewis-McChord, potential recruits took their first steps toward military readiness through hands-on training in weapons handling, marksmanship, and combat simulations. This initiative, a collaboration between JBLM’s Garrison Headquarters and the Tacoma Recruiting Company, provides recruits with valuable exposure to military life and training environments. By bridging the gap between recruitment and service, these experiences help instill confidence, discipline, and foundational skills before they even step onto the range in uniform. Removing the fear of the unknown ensures they enter the US Army with a clear understanding of expectations, responsibilities, and opportunities for growth.

  • A Commitment to Service ???? Soldiers from across Joint Base Lewis-McChord reaffirmed their dedication to service during a mass reenlistment ceremony, led by Maj. Gen. Michelle A.
