At American Tent we use our Autometrix, Inc. CNC machines that ensure accurate cutting of tent tops and clear vinyl for the best fit and strength. Durable webbing is expertly sewn using industrial machines, while bartack sewing reinforces ratchet straps, alligator clips, and sidewall clips for extra durability. Grommet machines add structural integrity to sidewalls. Miller Weldmaster R-Flex and Kabar machines are used to weld vinyl materials and secure alligator clip strips, ensuring long-lasting durability while our Novaseal? machines help weld panels and align panels for logos, allowing for faster, high-quality production and quick delivery.
