Join the Americans United for Life team! AUL is seeking a Donor Relations Specialist to advance the pro-life mission of AUL by igniting and deepening the engagement of current and potential supporters. Reporting to the Donor Relations Director, the Donor Relations Specialist champions AUL’s efforts to lead individuals from capturing interest to learning more to becoming fully engaged as advocates, with an emphasis upon grassroots supporters. This role also involves crafting general audience email/SMS marketing and public messaging with an eye towards prospect cultivation and relational stewardship, managing AUL’s monthly donor community, contributing content and communications relating to AUL’s Advocacy Center, and handling administrative and database functions. Bachelor’s degree preferred; three years of experience in a relevant field; working knowledge of a database system such as Virtuous; experience creating compelling communications that drive action. Compensation is competitive and includes generous benefits, with a free health insurance plan, dental, vision, employer match on the 403b, paid parental leave, employer transportation benefit, generous PTO and holiday leave, and disability plans among other benefits.
