Across the country, AFP is pushing for meaningful legislative reforms that create real impact. One standout example is the Red Tape Reduction Act in Ohio, signed into law in 2023. This law is focused on cutting back burdensome regulations, making it easier for local businesses to operate without unnecessary government barriers. By reducing red tape, the law promotes economic growth and empowers entrepreneurs to thrive. At AFP, we believe that when businesses succeed, communities prosper. This is just one way we're fighting for economic freedom and opportunity across the nation.

In Kansas, civil asset forfeiture laws were being abused—people’s property was being taken without due process. That’s why AFP Kansas got to work, partnering with Kansans to fight for reforms that protect individual rights and freedom.

Our latest poll shows that working-class and minority voters overwhelmingly support extending the 2017 tax cuts and are not interested in higher taxes. They’re looking for real solutions to combat inflation, with most calling for spending cuts and economic growth to drive change. Washington needs to take note: voters want economic freedom, not bigger government.
