The day started with a Zumba class from American House Coconut Point Life Enrichment Director and certified Zumba instructor, Maribel! ?? The day included time for the Life Enrichment Directors to discuss best practices, new activities and share resources and contacts. There was even time for a little meditation...which was welcomed after that exciting and energetic Zumba class ??
