We recently visited the farm supplying our Banana Fiber and discovered the eco-friendly use of banana tree stalks for sustainable fiber production by BinJan Fiber, an initiative from Durrani Farms. They showcased the harvesting process from banana plants, considered agricultural waste post-fruit harvest. Banana Fiber is not only durable and biodegradable but also requires fewer resources than traditional textiles during production, with minimal chemical and water usage. This aligns with American Homes and Textiles' commitment to innovation and sustainability.
