#HeadacheHighlights Plain Language Summary: Sjogren's disease (SjD), also known as Sjogren's syndrome, is a chronic systemic autoimmune disease with symptoms including dry eyes, dry mouth, and joint pain; primary and secondary headaches are frequent neurological complications associated with SjD, and these headaches may be under-recognized. We (the authors) have reviewed research articles about the types of headaches that are most commonly reported with SjD, and we found that migraine and tension-type headache are the most common primary headaches, but patients with SjD may experience dangerous types of secondary headaches as well. Clinicians should utilize a detailed history, physical examination, and neuroimaging to recognize and diagnose types of headaches in patients with SjD to prevent dangerous complications. #HeadacheHighlights Plain Language Summary: This qualitative interview study describes the roles of clinical pharmacist practitioners (CPPs) in Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Headache Centers of Excellence (HCoEs) and non-HCoE VHA facilities. Findings suggest that CPPs who are integrated within HCoE service infrastructure tend to have more opportunities than CPPs in non-HCoE VHA facilities to contribute their unique skills for improving patient access to high-quality, evidence-based headache care. Results also suggest that CPPs can extend headache specialists’ services through their integration into interdisciplinary headache care teams.
