Our exposed test header connections offer a cost-effective solution for efficiently conducting flow tests on high-capacity fire pumps and backflow preventers. WE'VE GOT OPTIONS Sizes: Single outlet to 14-outlet headers connecting to 3" to 14" pipe, capable of testing 250 GPM to 4,500 GPM rated pumps. End Connections: Bodies are available with Grooved, 150# Flange, and 300# Flanged inlets. Materials: Schedule 40 carbon steel is standard. Scheduled 10 steel, 304 stainless steel, and 316 stainless steel are also available. Finishes: The red polyester powder coat finish is standard. Optional finishes include a silver powder coat, hot dip galvanized, and nickel electroplating. Models are in stock and ready to ship today!
