Nearly half (45%) of Americans say they are likely to look for a job in the next year but 72% say applying for jobs feels like sending a résumé into a “black box” and 60% say the job search process is too impersonal, according to the latest Workforce Monitor? report from the American Staffing Association and The Harris Poll. #StaffingIndex: Staffing employment fell in the week of Nov. 4-10, with the ASA Staffing Index decreasing by 1.5% down to a value of 89.
