This week's #ASBemployeespotlight is Jean Dahl! Title: Sales Support Supervisor Location: Starbuck, MN 16 years with ASB What is your favorite part of your job? My favorite part is all the people I get to work with every day. I love working with and helping my team. I love the culture here and the variety that each day brings. Even after 16 years, there are still things that come up that I haven’t come across before so that keeps things interesting. What are your favorite hobbies/family activities? I have been married for almost 17 years and we have 3 kids and 8 grandkids that keep us busy. Our favorite thing to do is to spend time with our grandkids and create amazing memories with them. We have a pitbull named Timber. She just turned 5 and is the best, sweetest dog ever. She loves that I work from home, and I am pretty sure she thinks my day revolves around her. ?? We love to travel, try new recipes, and spend time on the lake fishing and boating. We also like to cheer on the MN Vikings. Even though they stress me out more than month end. How do you want to grow in the next 3-5 years (work and/or personal)? Professionally, I want to keep learning all that I can and to continue to grow in this position. Personally, I want to continue to spend time with family and friends and to keep traveling as much as possible.

Together, they packed and delivered bags and boxes of meals to support children in need at Pope County Schools. A huge thank you to everyone who made this event possible! ???

This week's #ASBemployeespotlight is Natalie Corona! Title: Expanded Services Location: California 3 years with ASB What is your favorite part of your job? I have many favorites, one that stands out is getting to meet everyone little by little, everyone I’ve met is truly Minnesota nice! I love the flexibility and how family-oriented American is! One of my favorite parts of my job is a challenging report that takes time and the good feeling of completing it! LOL! I love how helpful everyone is on our Team chat when there is a question, everyone is willing to help where they can. Sometimes it’s a party in there! What are your favorite hobbies/family activities? My life really revolves around my family and farm. I married my high school sweetheart; we will be married 15 years this September! ?? We are blessed with two little girls 8 and 10, who keep us very busy, with 4-H and Jr. Rodeo and everything in between. Our farm consists of over 30 pets, you can find us in our backyard most of the time making memories or picking up animal droppings! Haha. How do you want to grow in the next 3-5 years (work and/or personal)? I would like to learn more about anything and everything that would help with growth as far as an efficient employee. “If you’re not learning you’re not growing”. I would also like to focus on more important things- continuing to enjoy life, focusing on being the best mom, wife, and friend I can be!
