(who was instrumental in turning Austin into the largest No Kill city in the nation). AmPA! Is designed to share proven, affordable, and achievable no-kill programs and tactics with shelters, animal welfare and rescue organizations, and animal advocates throughout the United States and beyond. Using tactics proven out in Austin and other leading no-kill cities, American Pets Alive! delivers education, programs, support, and hopes to help every community move toward no kill. We can help.
