Over the past few days, we have met with several individuals inquiring about our agent program. These individuals range from current agents to current W2 reps, to former owners of assets, and more. Many of these individuals had similar stories. They have contacts and customers they have relationships with and want an opportunity to use that network to better themselves and create more opportunities. Many of the prospects fear much of the same things. They fear what kind of start-up costs are involved. What kind of hours will be they required to work? They fear the lack of a consistent paycheck, and often worry that no one is willing to take a chance on them.
