Today we are highlighting FLAVORS, a national culinary event Chef Nick Kennedy! Chef Nick said, “My team and I are looking forward to participating in the FLAVORS event. March is Autoimmune Disease Awareness Month. There are over 100 types of liver disease, primary biliary cholangitis is (PBC) one of them. PBC mostly affects women and usually appears in middle age. It’s a chronic disease that slowly destroys the bile ducts in your liver. Symptoms may be overlooked in early stages, though some common ones are extreme fatigue and itching.
