  • Call for Summer 2025 Art & Article Submissions????? Submissions open now through March 24, 2025 The Journal of the American Herbalists Guild (JAHG) invites submissions for the Summer 2025 issue. As a peer-reviewed scholarly journal, we provide a platform for exploring all aspects of herbalism with an emphasis on clinical, historical, and professional applications of botanical medicine. The theme for the Summer 2025 issue is Lifecycles: Science and Tradition in Pivotal Moments, focusing on herbalism's role throughout the life cycle—birth, growth, aging, death, and the transitions that bind them. We welcome submissions from all voices and particularly encourage contributions from underrepresented communities, perspectives, and themes to ensure a diversity of insights in the field of herbalism. All AHG members are invited to submit brief case histories relevant to the theme and issue. Case histories should include clear descriptions of clinical approaches, outcomes, and insights that align with the theme. We also open our submission call to new voices and emerging authors and artists. All contributing authors to this issue will be invited to participate in our exclusive Meet the Authors webinar, a new series by AHG designed to spotlight expert and visionary voices! This exciting opportunity is perfect for networking, education, and promotion—more details will be shared after submission acceptance and the editorial process. We deeply value the time, effort, and expertise that contributors bring to advancing the field of herbalism. Those with nominations of potential authors are encouraged to contact the Editor at [email protected] to initiate a line of open communication.
