Over the past few months, we have made major upgrades to our equipment and have purchased additional tooling, all resulting in improved capacity and better turnaround times for our services. Enhancements and Benefits: 1. Increased Capacity: Our recent investments in additional tooling to rack your parts have significantly expanded our production capabilities. This means faster processing times and increased efficiency for your parts! 2. New & Refurbished Equipment: We’ve added a new air compressor and dryer and are completing the installation of a new generator. We are adding a new Blaster unit (9’ X 9.5’ X 185” sand blast cabinet), as we have had customers requesting this service.?We are evaluating the cost to start up the pusher furnace that will generate additional capacity for your products. Quench station 152 has new salt.?All Temperature uniformity surveys, instruments, and hardness testers are up to date and calibrated.?These upgrades and new equipment have allowed us to streamline our workflows and as a result, we can now handle larger volumes without compromising quality! 3. Reduced Downtime: With the new equipment, we have minimized downtime due to maintenance or repairs. This translates to quicker service delivery for you! 4. Quality Assurance: We are proud to announce that we recently underwent an ISO audit, and we are delighted to share that we passed without any findings whatsoever.
