Please join us in congratulating Candice Musgrove, our Program Manager, on reaching the incredible milestone of SEVEN years with AFE! Candice oversees all of our scholarship, grant, research and internship applications, working with students, faculty, and industry experts directly to make sure the process is smooth and each application is thoroughly reviewed. In the past few years, our application numbers have only continued to grow, and Candice has excelled at managing the many applications and helping to share our programs with the industry at large. She also works with each and every one of our interns, checking in with them throughout their internship, sharing their successes, and keeping them connected with new opportunities. She continues to expand and streamline our programs, developing new student orientation materials and organization systems. In the past year, Candice was promoted from AFE Program Coordinator, to AFE Program Manager, to more accurately reflect the incredible work she is doing, often behind-the-scenes, to make sure our many programs are running smoothly. She serves as the staff liaison to both our Education Committee and our Vic & Margaret Ball Committee, manages our donor database, and handles many of our administrative responsibilities. Candice - thank you for all you do for AFE, and for the next generation of floral industry professionals. Congratulations again on seven years!
