On March 15th, 2025, a powerful tornado ripped through the St. Louis area, leaving behind unimaginable devastation. Among those affected was our dear friend and beloved ADS team member, Tom Land, who lost his home and everything he owned in the storm. If you know Tom, you know he’s the kind of person who is always willing to lend a hand and support those around him. He’s been a dedicated member of our ADS family for years—showing up for his team, working hard, and embodying what it means to be an integral part of a community. Now, in this heartbreaking moment, it’s our turn to show up for him. We’ve organized a GoFundMe to help Tom start rebuilding his life from the ground up. Mike Nielsen – Technical Support Specialist Mike brings a strong IT background and stays busy working at UPS, handling payroll for an IT company, and reffing volleyball. He’s excited to apply his skills at ADS and help our customers. Fun fact: He’s a former club volleyball coach and keeps busy taking care of his diabetic cat! Justin Kieslich – IT Specialist Manager Justin loves tech, food, and family—spending time with his wife and kids, beekeeping, and cheering for the Royals & Chiefs. Before joining ADS, he spent 16 years as a professional chef, including time as an Executive Chef and F&B Director. He’s excited to dive back into technology and collaborate with the team!
