This year I started a competition for our Middleby Rep Chefs. They are using the 8 gallon #Cucimix by Firex | Food Processing Equipment to showcase its unique cooking abilities. The winner will be going to the Firex factory in Italy with me and Robert Tribfelner later this year! I will be posting the entries each day over the next couple of weeks.
