FERC's Order No. 1920, the long-awaited transmission planning rule that was released earlier this spring, has been revised with the Commission and a new rule -- Order No. 1920-A -- has taken its place. ACP and the clean power workforce are committed to safety in the workplace. This week ACP hosted a Safety Training Day where ACP staff were able to learn or refresh their life-saving skills and contribute to making the workplace safer for everyone. The American Red Cross visited our office to certify staff in CPR, automated external defibrillator (AED) usage, and other vital safety skills to prepare our staff for emergency response situations. #safety
