We are proud to announce a new agreement with Prometheus Energetics to build a 550-acre energetics, solid rocket motor, and munitions production facility, in Bloomfield, Indiana. The location will also host the headquarters for Prometheus and leverage shared equipment and services from the United States Department of Defense (DOD) Munitions Campus Program, awarded to ACMI Federal. Prometheus Energetics is a U.S.-based merchant supplier of solid rocket motors established through a new corporation between Kratos Defense and Security Solutions and Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. Their facility and headquarters will be built on the campus near Crane Army Ammunition Activity and Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division. ACMI has selected JLL to lead leasing efforts at 207-acre Exploration Park on NASA Johnson Space Center. The 1.5 million square foot industrial park in Houston, TX is a one-of-a-kind industrial development on a NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration facility designed for commercial companies powering the next generation of human spaceflight, advanced manufacturing, and space commerce. ACMI Properties is partnering with Strongbox Commercial to advance complementary industrial development projects in Southern Indiana. ACMI Properties is spearheading the development of a National Security Industrial Hub (NSIH) in Bloomfield, Indiana. Spanning 1,100 acres, the NSIH is designed to bolster the defense industrial base. The project will play host to companies supporting advanced manufacturing technologies for both commercial and military applications, with scalable capabilities for full production levels. The award is being distributed under ACMI’s Critical Chemicals Pilot Program through the United States Department of Defense.
