Today, AOT’s very own, Stan Smith, presented at the Decoded Futures Demo Day—a culmination of a powerful AI accelerator program bringing together 20 nonprofit organizations exploring the future of AI for impact. AOT joined the Decoded Futures program to develop a custom GPT—an AI tool designed to support the creation of external communications content more efficiently, including this very post. This innovation allows our team to scale storytelling, celebrate student achievements, and engage you more strategically—saving time while deepening impact. Game night = a major W! ?? Our NYC TFL students came together for an unforgettable afternoon of fun, connection, and friendly competition. From Jeopardy to Twister, Connect 4, and Nintendo Switch battles, the energy in the room was unmatched! ?? Beyond the games (and the epic Jeopardy showdown ??), this event was about building community. Our students aren't just growing their tech skills—they're forming lifelong friendships with peers who share their passions and aspirations. Shoutout to our 43 attendees for making this such a special night, and congrats to our prize & raffle winners! Who’s ready for the next one? ???

This past fall, nearly 600 students in NYC, LA, and Miami gained hands-on training, mentorship, and career access through our transformative program. Last week, America On Tech hosted its AI Advisory Council meeting, a major step in bringing AI education and industry insights to the next generation of technologists. Composed of AI experts from leading organizations, the Council is working to integrate more AI education into AOT’s programs. Develop ethical AI frameworks for responsible and inclusive adoption, leverage AI tools to enhance operational efficiency, and expand opportunities for students.

America On Tech is thrilled to be a part of this Salesforce Accelerator to build a custom AI Agent to better analyze programmatic data for reporting and finding was to enhance program outcomes.
