We are honored to share the highlights of our recent delegation of Attorney Generals to Israel, organized with the National Association of Attorney Generals and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This journey was filled with impactful experiences and profound connections. Visiting Israel now holds a much deeper significance, and the dedication and courage of our delegation is truly commendable. For many, this was their first journey to Israel, making it exceptionally meaningful. AIFL has brought Attorney Generals to Israel for decades, fostering strong bonds between our nations. This trip included meetings with key figures in defense, technology, law, and humanitarian aid. Highlights included engaging with President Isaac Herzog, the Speaker of the Knesset, and entrepreneurial leaders in tech. We toured significant sites reflecting Israel post Oct-7th, such as Kibbutz Kfar Aza and Beeri, hearing survivors' stories and witnessing their resilience. Our political and legal engagements, including meetings with a Supreme Court Judge and government leaders, enriched our understanding of Israel’s framework. The delegation's meeting with hostage families left a profound impact on us all. We are deeply grateful for our community's support, making these impactful delegations possible.
