Our Canada team including Ameresco Canada President Bob McCullough, recently joined partner Atura Power and Ontario's Minister of Energy and Electrification Stephen Lecce, MPP for Hastings-Lennox and Addington Ric Bresee, and Mayor of Town of Greater Napanee Terry Richardson, to break ground on our Napanee BESS project. This is the first grid-connected battery project in the region and one of the largest in Eastern Ontario and is designed to provide 250 MW of power to boost Ontario's clean and reliable energy supply.
