Graduated in Hotel Management in Buenos Aires, Julieta Lamas started her hotel career in 2006 as a front desk agent at the amazing Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Buenos Aires, she worked there for almost 3 years , then moved to Aspen to the #FyB department at the #awardwinning The Little Nell. After living in Aspen for almost 2 years she went back to Buenos Aires she joined the opening team of Algodon Mansion, Relais & Chateaux, first as room division manager and afterwards as Director of Marketing. In 2012 she returned to Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Buenos Aires as Tour and Travel Sales Manager incharge of the #USA, #LatinAmerica & #China winning as Manager of the year. After a long time in the #hotelIndustry she moved to Mastercard in charge of the Mastercard Black team, she also enjoyed working at Hyatt Carmelo in Uruguay and her last job was at TL Portfolio first as sales manager for South America and afterwards as Director of sales for Mexico for almost 5 years. Tom’s extensive career includes experience with some of the world’s leading hotel brands – including Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, and Banyan Group Tom also has worked with some of the leading 3rd party hotel management companies, including Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Marcus Hotels & Resorts, HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group, and Remington Hospitality Tom’s unique experience and insights in operations, finance, #acquisitions, and #development has allowed him to stay on the cutting edge of the #hospitality, and his deep industry relationships and innovative approach to development has helped to create some of the most iconic hotels and resorts in the #Americas. Tom earned his Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University, and his MBA from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He is currently a board member and Past President and Past Chairman of the Penn State Hotel and Restaurant Society, and has served on the Board of Directors for the HCAT Institute, and Jubilee Support Alliance.
