I am excited to report that rough grading is well on its way at 2357 S. Santa Fe Avenue, in Vista, CA; the future home of #LaSabila, the 85-unit housing development including 42 apartment homes for low-income seniors, 21 homes for seniors who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness with chronic health conditions, and 21 homes set aside for seniors who are homeless, chronically homeless, or at risk of chronic homelessness with serious mental disorder. The County of San Diego awarded #LaSabila a total of $10,850,097 in the form of PLHA, HOME, and NPLH loans.
