The Certification in Movement & Related Disorders (CMRD) was born from a mission to elevate and celebrate the expertise that APPs bring to the field of movement disorders. We know many of you have dedicated years to this field in shaping patient care and driving progress through your knowledge and compassion. CMRD isn’t a test to challenge what you already know—it’s a platform to bring visibility to your skills, highlight your role as specialized providers, and underscore the value you bring to the healthcare landscape. For those new to the field, CMRD provides a clear path to growth and specialization, offering a structured investment in your future and in the care you’ll provide. For experienced APPs, it is an opportunity to formally recognize your dedication and to amplify your contributions as a leader in this specialty. Together, we’re establishing a unified standard that allows our field to flourish, honors each provider’s commitment, and ultimately, transforms the experience for every patient we serve. APPLY TODAY!
