You own a business, you don't have time to waste when it comes to solving your problems. You also don't have time to do every single task that SHOULD get done. What if these FREE videos are the solution?

I was always falling behind on my tasks because I was constantly training someone or fixing something. Then I realized, I could totally be in more than one place at a time if I incorporated this one FREE video recording tool that allows me to speak and record my screen to provide instructions without the lag time of a video call. (By the time things load on sharing your screen you could just do the task yourself. And you should do it one more time, while you record it to show someone else how to take over ??) Then, I organized my Asana into different portfolios with projects for all of the “How to Videos” for all of the tasks. This tedious organizing is what makes me good at helping business operations not only become more efficient but also effectively run almost on its own, because I totally geek out on streamlining systems. (I get excited.. lol) What’s even better is, I learned how to automate a bunch of tasks that ends of saving hours per week of man power.
