What is the power of sponsorship you ask? Our founder and CEO Andrea Janzen shares the impact and growth possible when somebody advocates for you, introduces you to people and spaces you wouldn't otherwise have access to, and gives you opportunities you might not have received without them. This is #SponsorshipInAction!!!!

Day two at Groundbreak started off strong when I got to connect with two powerhouses who believed in me and Ambition Theory before I really even believed in it myself. Sanjeev Dhillon you have opened doors and leveraged your connections to help me in so many ways. Sandra Benson you’ve invited me into spaces I never would have had access to. You always have time for me even though your schedule is jammed because everyone wants to talk to you. #GBK24

Here's to the future of leadership in the construction industry – women will be the change!
Recently, our NAWIC chapter had the privilege of presenting our Leadership Academy, generously sponsored by Andrea Janzen with Ambition Theory & Irish Horesy with Procore Technologies, at the Procore Groundbreak Conference. These young women from our local "COOL School", EPIC Campus, represent the future of leadership, and they had the opportunity to acquire valuable soft skills in networking while gaining insights into various support industries that contribute to the construction sector. It was an honor to actively participate in our community and support the development of the next generation of industry leaders. ?? Beth Best Marc Finer Erik Petersen for reaching out and entrusting our chapter with your emerging leaders. A huge thank you to our NAWIC transfer sister Kaitlyn Powell for #SteppingUpNotBack and helping run our table.
