A.J. comes from Emporia, KS, where he received his Associate Degree in Hospitality and Culinary Arts from Flint Hills Technical College in 2012. With over 15 years of experience in the Food and Beverage Industry, he spent 8 years at Emporia Country Club, primarily as Sous and Banquet Chef. Since moving to Wichita, A.J. has served as a Restaurant General Manager and Director of Catering before joining Ambassador Hotel Wichita. We're excited to see the innovative dishes he'll bring to our menu!

Yesterday we had an incredible experience with Coury Hospitality during their visit to Wichita for the Town Hall Tour! ?? Our Curators gained invaluable insight into Coury’s refreshed brand, service pillars, and signature moments. Additionally, our exceptional team members were thrilled to receive branded shirts as a surprise. ? We finished off the celebration in Dockum with bites and more!
