This Labor Day weekend, thousands of hotel workers across the country began a multiday strike to advocate for higher wages and increased staffing to ease their workload. As a bank founded by and for labor, we were proud to join some of these workers on the frontlines in Boston, where union members were marching proudly to have their voices heard. We know how important it is to fight for workers' rights not just on Labor Day but every day - and will continue to staunchly advocate for fair and equitable pay, healthy work conditions, and the right to collectively bargain.
