  • Since 2021, members of the Indiana Dementia Strategic Plan have been working to address Indiana’s dementia crisis. Public awareness of the signs, symptoms, and risk factors of dementia can lead to early detection, diagnosis, and support for those impacted by Alzheimer's or another form of dementia. This year, partners around the state, led by the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Indiana Chapter and LifeStream Services, Inc., will be sharing tips for keeping your brain healthy, reducing your risk, and living well with Alzheimer’s or dementia. Follow along to further your education on dementia-related topics. Join us by liking, sharing, and following our channels! Together, we can #ENDALZ!
