It's National Rural Health Day. We're leading rural outreach, funded by a two-year grant, to engage communities, expand support resources and increase Alzheimer's education. We aim to bring or inspire this model in all communities within our 38-county service area. #ENDALZ

We fight to keep Alzheimer's and dementia a priority. We believe that change happens when people come together for a unified cause, and we will not stop building better public health, advancing clinical practice, and making treatment available to all who need it. #ENDALZ
