When you were a patient, what were your immediate needs? What was confusing or distressing to you? What would have made a difference? These questions help them to step into a patient’s shoes.” Learn what a whole health approach to care can look like in practice from Alice L. Walton School of Medicine Founding Dean and CEO Sharmila Makhija MD MBA in the latest Talk Business & Politics. Read the full article (page 4): https://lnkd.in/eQUy7PEH
