Meet Shayla, one of our laser focused summer interns from the University of Nebraska, College of Architecture. Here she is doing candid interior design things which we totally didn’t set up in any way. Ask her about pickleball, volleyball, and Rome. Don’t ask her whether she really is Shayla, or her twin sister Cassie.

Meet Joshua, the always positive, always cheerful, always caffeinated summer intern from the University of Nebraska, College of Architecture. He looks so happy doing architecture things. Ask him about the trumpet, sushi, baking, and his recent trip to Kenya. Don’t ask him about the healthy daily serving of coffee.?

Altus had fun at the Denver Zoo last night celebrating Vertix Builders, Inc. and Dumber (aka, Ted) for their 10 year anniversary party!

Meet James L., the new Marketing Director for Altus Studios in 84 seconds ?? James joins Altus after a proven 15-year track record of building corporate brands, digital user experiences, creative marketing content, and cutting-edge technology solutions. Hiring James represents one of many steps Altus is taking this year to rattle cages, make waves, and extend our lead in transforming the future of healthcare architecture.

We were proud to be on site this week at UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital to attend the opening ceremonies for its expanded and newly renovated facility. This Master Plan Implementation Project is approximately 141,200 SF of renovation and new construction of the existing hospital facility. Extensive site redesign, updated curtainwall and a completely updated front of house experience that begins with a new front entry Porte cochere, and entry vestibule. Main level highlights include a new Bistro, new gift shop, registration, admitting, new Cardio Clinic and combining four service lines into pre and post operative care. Third floor highlights include completely renovated Women’s care, Birthing Center, NICU and Pediatrics. All vertical circulation and majority of corridors received finish upgrades.
