Altron is pleased to announce the appointment of Carter Bradshaw as Vice President of Engineering and Technology Solutions for Altron. In this role, he oversees the company’s engineering focus, ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects, and aligning engineering efforts with the company's strategic goals to provide innovative solutions for our customers. Carter brings over 30 years of exceptional experience in systems and software engineering, architecture, and solution delivery to this role. Altron is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Gercken to President, effective immediately. Mike brings a wealth of experience and a clear vision to lead Altron into its next exciting chapter. In this role, Mike will provide both strategic and operational oversight over all of Altron’s business areas. He joined Altron in 2009 as vice president, when the company merged with Provident Analysis Corporation, an IT solutions and services firm he co-founded. Mike has over 35 years of experience in pioneering and developing engineering and technology solutions for government and commercial clients. He has been involved in all aspects of software and systems engineering, including research and development, enterprise architecture planning, applications development, tactical systems development, and commercial systems development. "It's deeply humbling to step into this leadership role," said Mike Gercken. "We've built an exceptional track record of modernizing our clients' operations through digital transformation, optimizing their complex engineering processes, and solving their most challenging technical and business problems. I'm energized to help shape our strategic vision as we continue pushing boundaries and delivering innovative solutions that transform how our clients operate. Together, we'll not only reach new heights — we'll redefine them." Mike holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, as well as an M.S. in Computer Science and a Certificate in Software Systems Engineering from George Mason University.

ALTRON is excited to announce our SBIR Phase I Award for NAVSEA to develop an automated software runtime verification capability for submarine combat management systems on U.S. Navy computer hardware. This solution will monitor and detect early indicators and warnings of software component errors or failures using runtime verification or dynamic analysis techniques. This award expands our UnifyRT premier logging and monitoring platform to support combat system runtime software verification of computer infrastructures. Our innovative solution will provide real-time monitoring and early warning capabilities, ensuring the Navy's combat systems remain resilient and effective in the face of evolving challenges. It also paves the way for future advancements in system integrity and cybersecurity across the defense sector and represents a significant step forward in enhancing the safety, reliability, and adaptability of critical naval infrastructure. #altroninc
