As we approach the end of phase three of the McKinley Development, we wanted to share a few photos of the progress we've made along the way. This ground-up condominium development in the heart of downtown Lake Forest is a part of the 4 phase master development. Phase 3 is a two-story cast-in-place concrete structure with underground parking. The use of post-tension decks allowed units to have highly customizable floor plans. Multiple Units occupied. We look forward to putting the finishing touches on the remaining interiors.
