Last week, Alton Aviation Consultancy’s New York City office took part in our Pledge 1% volunteer event, supporting The Urban Outreach Center of NYC during its annual Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway. The mission was to ensure vulnerable New Yorkers gain access to essential food and support this Thanksgiving. Our team helped with activities such as unloading deliveries, assembling packages of produce and shelf-stable Thanksgiving food, and assisting with distribution. Throughout the event, nearly 500 turkeys were distributed to families and individuals in need.
