It's $96.5M, to be exact. But what's a couple million among friends? Money raised is often a vanity metric, the starting line. In this interview I reflect on launching Redox into a large, established, market with a clear problem and vision for how we would solve it. Then, compare to althea, PBC discovering the emerging space of regulated psychedelics, a space so nascent we don't even call it a market yet. I recognize the immense privilege in getting to do this work of company building and am grateful for the opportunity every day.
