For Week 3 of our 8 Weeks of Giving campaign, we are honored to support the Arms of Hope and their incredible work transforming lives! Arms of Hope provides a safe and nurturing environment for children and single mothers through impactful programs like Residential Child Care, Together, College and Career, Right Start, and Outreach Ministry. Their mission to prevent homelessness, poverty, abuse, and neglect—while fostering independence and hope—truly inspires us. We had the privilege of speaking with Danielle and her son Aiden, who shared how Arms of Hope has changed their lives. Danielle, an inspiring success story, is now pursuing her bachelor's degree to help others overcome substance abuse and discover a better path forward. Her journey exemplifies the life-changing impact of this organization. For the second week of our "8 Weeks of Giving" campaign, we're delighted to support Alamo City House Rabbits (ACHR), a local organization dedicated to advocating for rabbits as indoor companion animals. ACHR works to educate the community, facilitate rescues, and promote rabbit adoption, helping to ensure these intelligent and social animals find safe, loving homes. We're proud to contribute to their mission and make a positive impact in our community! Founded in October 2015 as a Facebook group, ACHR has grown to support San Antonio residents who share their lives with indoor rabbits. The organization follows the principles of the House Rabbit Society, offering events like Hoppy Hour, monthly adoption opportunities, and educational programs to raise awareness about proper rabbit care and companionship.
