As we begin 2025 with strong momentum and several exciting deals already underway, I'd like to take a moment to reflect on our remarkable achievements in 2024 (it's never too late to reflect on an incredible year, right? ?? ). In the VC, you often hear that it's a challenging time to invest. Yet, we see things differently. At AltaIR Capital, we've continued to grow, celebrating the successes of our portfolio companies while actively supporting new ventures. Here's a snapshot of our achievements in 2024: ? 21 investments in new startups ? 10 follow-on investments ? 8 successful exits Unsurprisingly, AI has been at the forefront this year, and we significantly increased our involvement in this space. But we're not investing in AI simply because it's trendy. Instead, we see it as a transformative technology that can revolutionize businesses across our key verticals. Our investments are primarily focused on teams developing B2B SaaS solutions that enhance business processes in Future of Work, FinTech, Digital Health, and increasingly, EdTech. Our reach spans the US, Europe, and Israel, reflecting our commitment to discovering exceptional teams and ideas globally. We've invested in a range of companies, some have already become market leaders, while others are just starting their journey toward that goal.
