Alston Construction is proud to be the general contractor for RealCold's 380,000 SF temperature-controlled facility in northern New Jersey, set to complete in Q1 2026. Alston Construction’s Ohio team has officially broken ground on the Microporous, LLC new 1-million-square-foot manufacturing facility in the City of Danville, Virginia, creating over 2,000 jobs in the region. In partnership with Crawford Hoying, Allied Capital and Development, and design partners, the project will expand Microporous’ capabilities in producing battery separators, furthering advancements in energy storage and driving economic growth.
