ALPHAX Establishes Strategic Partnership, Secures $30 Million Equity Investment ?? In 2025, based on four years of collaboration built on trust and performance, AlpahX and our partner—a renowned financial company in the U.S. Real estate investment sector—have deepened our strategic partnership. This collaboration has resulted in securing equity investment to jointly establish the new brand "Kellog & Kay." Capital injection will be phased throughout 2025, with the first phase consisting of a $30 million common stock investment, followed by an additional $20 million in the second phase. This partnership will support the new brand "Kellog & Kay" in its housing development projects in central urban areas of California. The focus will be on developing Missing Middle Infill Housing, such as townhouses and multi-family residences in order to alleviate the local housing crisis. According to preliminary estimates, the new projects planned by the brand "Kellog & Kay" in 2025 are expected to reach a total value of $250 million upon project completion. In addition, an agreement has been reached for a long-term partnership, with a commitment to renew a $50 million capital injection contract annually. This will further drive innovation and development for the new brand "Kellog & Kay" in the housing construction sector. AlpahX remains committed to its core values of integrity, performance, and trust, dedicated to fulfilling its promises and creating long-term value for clients and partners. The achievement of this strategic partnership and the birth of the new brand "Kellog & Kay" not only demonstrate the recognition of AlpahX's consistent efforts but also mark a new development stage for AlpahX in the housing construction sector. Looking ahead, AlpahX will continue to drive innovation, collaborating with partners to open a new chapter in housing development and construction. ??? Seizing Development Opportunities: The Potential of Missing Middle Housing ??? Missing Middle Housing refers to housing types that lie between single-family homes and high-density apartments, including duplexes, fourplexes, and small multi-family buildings (such as six- or ten-unit apartment complexes). This bridges the gap between single-family homes and high-density apartments, offering a cost-effective solution to California’s housing shortage. To support this, the California government has introduced policies easing zoning restrictions, reducing fees, and streamlining approvals, fueling a 42.5% growth in completions in 2024. While East Bay and Sacramento have seen strong development, Silicon Valley remains an untapped market with high potential.
