Let's talk opportunity. You might see a pen. But what Matt is holding is a chance for people who are blind or visually impaired to have financial security, a sense of purpose, and the opportunity to contribute skills and talents to the workforce. With technology, pens and other legacy office products are declining in popularity. What we've been doing in response is to innovate and explore options that will help us continue to grow. For instance, our tactical/medical team holds several patents. And they continue to develop groundbreaking products. We've built a Level 7 clean room. We have a digital accessibility testing team to help with websites and apps, a call center, a contract management team, and a number of other production and non-production products and services. As the world changes, we change. It's how we keep making sure a pen, shipping envelope, pharmaceutical bottle, website accessibility review, or a patented, life-saving medical product is so much more.
