Business Analytics + Psychology @ Pitt | Passionate about helping businesses improve employee engagement and motivation through people analytics.
I'm officially halfway through my undergraduate career at the University of Pittsburgh! This past school year has been a whirlwind, and I'm excited to reflect on it. This year, I enrolled in the dual-degree program at the University of Pittsburgh College of Business Administration, where I am studying Business Analytics. I completed the L.E.A.D.S. program for first-year and transfer students and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society, recognizing my position in the top 10% of my class. I continued studying Psychology at the Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences, University of Pittsburgh. Pursuing my I/O Psychology passion, I officially joined the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and was inducted into Psi Chi The International Honor Society in Psychology. Within the Lambda Associate Chapter of Alpha Sigma Rho Sorority, Inc., I served as Co-Recruitment Chair, Co-Fundraising Chair, and Panhellenic Delegate. To top it all off, I continued competing with the Pitt Club Gymnastics Team, where I won two all-around titles. I then competed in Albuquerque at the NAIGC Nationals, where I was a finalist for Floor and placed 4th. I am incredibly grateful for the support and opportunities that have come my way and look forward to continuing this journey. Here’s to more learning, growth, and achievements!
