Abby Howard, ΓΩ, recently attended the Association of Fraternal Leadership and Values (AFLV) Conference in Anaheim, California. We're excited to share her experience in her role as the Western Conference Intern Coordinator! "I have been a volunteer for the Association of Fraternal Leadership and Values (AFLV) as the Intern Coordinator for the past 3 years. Each year this conference receives many applications expressing interest in being an intern at either the Central or West conference and I have the privilege of supporting the intern team at West. I get to learn about each of the interns in a short?period of time and witness their leadership positively impact the experience of all who attend the conference! Other staff and volunteers also make this an enjoyable experience as we collectively work together to execute a conference geared toward developing leaders in fraternity and sorority communities across the country. I always leave feeling empowered by the work of student leaders and fellow professionals that positively influence the young adults involved in fraternity and sorority!"
